1.1. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2000, and the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018 serve the right to protection of personal data. We process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, TKG 2003).

2.1. The controller is the association High Zuers Ski Guides.

3. Purpose, Legal Basis, Storage Duration, and Data Recipients

3.1. We need the collected personal data for contract fulfillment, billing, assertion of contractual claims, customer service purposes, and for advertising purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed, and used for these purposes.

3.2. The legal basis for processing your personal data is contract fulfillment (e.g., online purchase, service order, etc.), legitimate interests, compliance with our legal or contractual obligations, and your consent (e.g., contact form, newsletter, cookies). Failure to provide the data may have various consequences.

3.3. We process your personal data such as first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, and product-specific data as necessary for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation and processing to termination of a contract) and beyond, in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations, which arise, among others, from the Corporate Code (UGB) and the Federal Tax Code (BAO), as well as until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty, and guarantee periods, etc.

3.4. In the course of operating our websites, we commission software service providers and agencies that may gain access to your personal data during their activities, provided they need the data to fulfill their respective services. They have committed to complying with the applicable data protection regulations. Data processing agreements have been concluded in accordance with Art 28 GDPR. 4. Contact Form

4.1. Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via our own mail server, further processed, and stored with us to process your inquiry. These data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without these data, we cannot process your inquiries.

4.2. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.
 

5. Newsletter

5.1. You can sign up for our newsletter on the website, using a double opt-in procedure. After registration, you will receive an email requesting confirmation of your registration. Without providing these data, the transmission of our newsletter is not possible. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.

5.2. We commission processors for the delivery of our newsletter. They have committed to complying with the applicable data protection regulations. A data processing agreement has been concluded in accordance with Art 28 GDPR. You can request more information about the processors we commission at office@hzsg.at.

5.3. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.
 

6. Cookies, Other Tracking Tools, and Web Analysis

Cookies are small data files that allow a website to collect and store a range of data on your desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device. 7. Social Plugins

Even if you are not logged into the social networks, data can be sent to the networks from websites with active social plugins. Each time the website is called up, a cookie with an identifier is set by an active plugin. Since your browser sends this cookie without being asked each time it connects to a network server, the network could in principle create a profile of which websites the user with the identifier has visited. It would then also be possible to assign this identifier to a person again at a later time, for example, when logging in to the social network.

+1 Button from Google+
This website uses the "+1" button of the social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). The button can be recognized by the "+1" sign on a white or colored background.

When a user visits a page of this website that contains such a button, the browser establishes a direct connection with Google's servers. The content of the "+1" button is transmitted by Google directly to the user's browser and integrated into the website. The provider, therefore, has no influence on the scope of the data that Google collects with the button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without clicking on the button. Twitter
This website uses the buttons of the Twitter service. These buttons are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. They are recognizable by terms such as "Twitter" or "Follow," combined with a stylized blue bird. With the help of the buttons, it is possible to share a post or page of this website on Twitter or to follow the provider on Twitter.

When a user visits a page on this website that contains such a button, their browser establishes a direct connection with Twitter's servers. The content of the Twitter buttons is transmitted by Twitter directly to the user's browser. The provider has no influence on the scope of the data that Twitter collects using this plugin and informs the user according to their knowledge. 8.3. You can withdraw your consent at any time at the following email address: office@hzsg.at. In such a case, we will delete the data stored about you so far. The legality of the processing carried out based on the consent until the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.
